UberEATS Trade Marketing Program

When one of the world’s most dynamic companies, Uber, asked Graphika to help them develop the trade marketing program for their restaurant delivery division, we were up to the task! Graphika helped UberEATS to develop a multifaceted program that included an on-demand online ordering portal, in-store POP signage, kitting & distribution, and the print production of numerous component pieces. 

In addition to developing and sourcing multiple components for a low cost, a color management strategy was required to ensure that the materials remained on-brand across numerous production partners.  

Running in 10+ markets across the USA & Canada, this program allowed UberEATS to be a leader in partner-restaurant relationships by equipping their restaurants with marketing materials to help promote and develop their brand.

Bulk purchases of commodity components were organized and managed by our procurement team, allowing for the economies of scale to be applied to the customer's bottom line.

Graphika's digital team developed a unique online ordering portal to facilitate the on-demand ordering of materials by partner restaurants. Orders placed through the portal were fulfilled across North America through our kitting & distribution partners.
